Figures come from the Controller of Budget, the Auditor-General, the Government Delivery Unit, the Kenya National Highways Authority, the African Development Bank and news coverage, as linked on each project. Each project names who implements it: the National Government, a County Government or a Non-State Actor. Non-State Actor projects are shown as their organisations submitted them.
